Glass Catfish - Description

The Glass Catfish is also known as the Ghostfish. As its name suggests the glass catfish is transparent apart from its head, internal organs and bones.

It originates from South East Asia and is a peaceful community fish. In Cambodia, the Khmer people use the glass catfish as an ingredient in a pickle type condiment called 'Prahok'.
