Ranchu Goldfish - Description

The Ranchu Goldfish is also known as the 'Buffalo Head' and can be recognised by its lack of dorsal fin, egg shaped body and a large growth on its head which is thought to resemble a bunch of grapes! It's not recommended for beginners as this particular variety of fancy goldfish is not as hardy as others.

The Japanese call the Ranchu Goldfish  'The King of Goldfish' and it can be found in a variety of colors including Red, Orange, White, Chocolate, Black, Red and Black, Red and White and occasionally Yellow.
