The Blue Tetra is also known as Cochu's Blue Tetra. It is a very active freshwater tropical fish and requires a large tank with plenty of planting.

The Blue Tetra can be a 'fin nipper' if kept in cramp conditions or with long fin fish, Angel Fish for example.
